Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Neles Automation BC9/35MM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nemic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newall parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemic such as the PS1224 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHG05009D035 manufactured by Newall and we are pleased to be able to service most Newall systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NFD021480030 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nexen Brand 927242 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Newall such as DP5002110S12 equipment made by Newall have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Newall products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Newall" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1102409539 made by Netstal as well as the popular 110A0431 original spares produced by Nematron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SIK21102409909a by Netstal and DP5002110S12 spares by Newall are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
